Recent polls show Congress' approval as low as 9 percent, which suggests that Senators and Representatives alike are failing 9 out of 10 constituents while enriching themselves at taxpayer expense.
Why voters continue to return them to Office is a profound mystery. Now is the time for voters to stop the insanity that is Congress.
